What do I do with the relief order from OCC?
Welcome to the forum.
What is the case number at the top of the relief number. Need to know if it is recent or an old one. What section, township and range and we can tell you if their is pending new activity. Put the order in your files.
Order No. 757339
Cause CD No. 2026-001133
sect 3, Township 6N, Range 2 W. Mcclain county, Ok.
The order was addressed to my late wife . I have recorded all mineral rights in my name , in the counties that they are in . Before the orders were sent .
That case is for increased density which is asking for additional wells. Just file it. You do not have to do anything with it. Para 7 has interesting information as it has estimates for the future wells reserves.
The more interesting cases are 1129 and 1130 which are the well cases.
Thank you so much for your reply. I get these all the time and I never know what to do with him because there’s no place to sign now I know I just have to file them
Thank you so much.
The only one that requires action is a pooling order. That has no place to sign, but you need to return an answer by certified mail within 20 calendar days. With a W-9.
Hi Miss Barnes , does a pooling order have the words pooling order on top of it?
Yes, very near the top there is is line called RELIEF SOUGHT: POOLING
Then you will find a centered header APPLICATION or ORDER
Miss barnes, thank you so much.
