I registered on the OCC, ECF section, to receive updates on the above mentioned activity. Last week I received notice from OCC about the case numbers stating “ 6 (Tech) Contingent Support - Applicant to submit Type Log Exhibit, Isopach Map Exhibit and Production Map Exhibit”. There are 13 cases with this same information. The cases were scheduled to go before the OCC today, 2/27/23. Today I received this update on these same cases “ * 7 (Event/Hearing) Continued: Initial Hearing | Judges: ? | Court Reporters: ? | Scheduled for 01/29/2024 08:30 AM in Courtroom: ?.” Does this mean the energy company is not going to drill at this time?
That is a logical assumption. Time will tell.
