It looks to me at first glance that the 2009leases play around you may have expired. You are SW of a long standing trend from multiple formations but across the trend, some major OK players have or intend to drill some horizontal wells to the Hoxbar in a similar play to the south near Marlow in Stephens County.
If you are being hustled for leases, you may want to make sure it is for a major player that knows what they are doing. Since there is activity on two sides, you may want to wait a while for a good lease or farm out if you have lots of acreage. A short term lease in your favor for cash may be a speculative alternative.
