Gulf pooled the NE4 of section 18 for $150 1/8th, $100 3/16th in 2018. That gives you a general idea of the range. The hearing for the NW4 is set for 1/27/20. Be sure and answer promptly as you only have 20 calendar days. Send reply by certified mail return receipt. Many of us would pick the highest royalty option.
It is also not a bad idea to file the acceptance with the OCC.
