We recently received this letter and are unsure how to proceed. Is this a legit/reputable company? Is it a reasonable offer? Why would someone be seeking such small MR, (5acres), in this area? This is owned by 3 sisters, if 2 of 3 sell is the 3rd obligated to sell? We really know nothing about this business or the processes, so any advice/information would be helpful.
