Having the mineral rights, how do I go about getting someone to drill on this land? It’s 40 acres and has never been drilled on.

I have 342 acres in Wilbarger County, Texas and am asking the same question. I have had 4 offers in the last year and a half but their numbers are not right. And has never been drilled on. Hoping one day that will change. When it comes time, the interested party (oil/gas company) will come looking for you to sign on the dotted line. Good luck.
