My sister and I have mineral rights in McClain County Section 06-T05N-RO1W. We have our acres leased to Charter Oak Production CO.,LLC. I live in CO and have limited knowledge about how this works. We received a "Notice of Hearing" document that is apparently taking place on September 29th. Can anyone tell me if this is something we have to attend or address?

If September 29th falls within the primary term of your lease, Charter Oak or its assigns is in complete control. If not, best be prepared to make a decision on options available if and when an order is issued as a result of the hearing.
