Can anyone tell me where to find the spot to list the legal descriptions if my mineral holdings on the forum. I can’t find it. Then, to complicate this, I have no computer, only my iPad and need to send this out by email to anyone who wants to see it, unless I can somehow upload the attachment in a form anyone on the forum can read. Thank so much!

You might want to try to list under "ADVERTISE" at the top of this page.
You may want to download the DropBox app from the App Store and place a link to your offerings here in the discussion. This will allow people to see it without having to actually attach a file.
Thanks Carl. I did try that, and I use Drop Box. However I see the icon of a lock when I try to upload anything to the forum. It says locked by administrators. I have gone into my settings mad allowed ‘all’ to see anything. I have gone into my iPad ap and allowed it to sync up with anything I want to use. I wonder if I have a compatibility problem?

Not sure where your minerals are located but I listed 40NMA I own in Texas with a group called Mineral Marketing. They were great to deal with, knowledgable and can list for sale or lease. I put mine up and got $225ac and 22.5% on a lease when everyone else got 175/20. Their number is 254-965-4040
I have dealt with Steve Williams with Mineral Marketing on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the level of professionalism and responsiveness. I believe that all of the brokers with Mineral Marketing are also licensed real estate agents, so they are used to adhering to certain duties of fair dealing, honesty, etc.
