My mother passed away and my siblings and I inherited land and minerals not sure what to do and no one can tell me nothing I live out of state and my family members living in the states aren’t being very helpful and mineral rights are in West Randolph County West Virginia I just want to know what exactly why and how do I go about finding out what it is and what can I do with it
