My mother passed away and my siblings and I inherited land and minerals. Not sure what to do and no one can tell me anything. I live out of state and my family members living in the states aren’t being very helpful. The mineral rights are in West Randolph County, West Virginia. I just want to know exactly why and how do I go about finding out what it is and what can I do with it.
