Be aware of North Point Minerals Group Cypress Texas. Just received unsolicited letter from them to buy all rights in state of Texas. This was an immediate red flag listed some properties but not all. The offer to sell these units was for less than half of royalty payments received in 2022 for the same properties. This is a company trying to scam owners out of there lifetime values in there properties and legally could enable them to claim ownership in other properties owned but not even listed in Texas. Any offer starting out with all property in a county or state are dubious offers.
