EQT will pay $4500/acre with 17% royalty if you hold firm (more if you have a good chunk of acrage). Marion Energy is Northeastern Natural Energy… push for 5K an acre (perhaps more) and 18% royalty. Northeastern is a bit easier to deal with than EQT. Those guys are real jerks.
