My family was recently contacted by survey company working for North Plain Energy Company. Looks like they are working on up to 7 new well applications in or near Sioux Trail Township. Has anyone heard of this Denver firm? Hess is currently drilling within this township, so we are excited to view the well production data when available. This part of Divide County has been sleepy for the past 50 years - nice to see some activity. Attached is photo of homestead barn built in 1918 which was on the old hwy going north - blew down in Spring of 2011 windstorm.
