On the NDIC site when the status of the well is DRL, I understand this means it is waiting to be fraced. When it goes off this status to F for example it means it is producing and has been fraced. If the date it changes to F is April 5, how accurate is this date.
Is the NDIC accurate as to the correct date or is there a two or a three week lag time.
