I have received a new lease (20 acres) to re-enter a well in North Bee County Texas. The well was temporarily abandoned about 5 years ago. The new lease is offering $100/ac bonus. Does $100/ac bonus sound fair/reasonable? I understand this is a very broad/general question but any help/particulars would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
