Wife has mineral rights in Creek County Oklahoma with producing wells. Pantera Energy who had original lease sold out to Eagle Road Oil about a year ago. We have made numerous calls to Eagle Road with no success. We assume that they do not want to answer because they owe royalties plus interest. Should we consult an attorney?
