Noble energy in doddridge county

Recently contacted by Noble because I own the mineral rights on 6.666 acres of a 20-acre tract in West Union.

Question: He has offered 17% no deductions and $500.00 per acre. Is this a fair offer? It has a lease now written in 1905 and wants to put addendums on so they can put horizontal wells on. Looking for advice…

Do you have a copy of the 1905 lease? Sometimes there are things in the lease which the lessor (you) might want to change. On the other thread I advised to get an attorney to look over your paperwork. I am looking forward to reading what others say.
