You list the Thomas Well in 17-21N-1E No. 1MH Well. What does this mean. I have a small mineral interest in this location.

I went to the Corp. Commission’s web site and looked up the Thomas 17-21N-1E 1MH well and it indicated there were no production records. This well appears to have been drilled from a location in Sec. 8. Your post indicated that initial production was 57 barrels oil per day. I am curious where you got those records? I have not gotten a division order yet. When might I expect it?

I have a small mineral interest in Sec 20 TS 21N R1W in Noble County. I received an offer from Sullivan Land Resources to lease for $350 per acre, 3 year term, 3/16 royalty, 3 year option to extend. How does this compare with other lease offers in this general area of Noble County. I have heard that in some other counties leases have been going for three times that much.
