Ron,

You list the Thomas Well in 17-21N-1E No. 1MH Well. What does this mean. I have a small mineral interest in this location.

Ron,

I went to the Corp. Commission’s web site and looked up the Thomas 17-21N-1E 1MH well and it indicated there were no production records. This well appears to have been drilled from a location in Sec. 8. Your post indicated that initial production was 57 barrels oil per day. I am curious where you got those records? I have not gotten a division order yet. When might I expect it?

Thanks for any information.

John Thornton

It means you have a well.

The production posting runs about 5 months behind at OTC. They have 6 months from first sale to get you a check.

They are drilling 20 from 28. They are also drilling 28 & 29.

Below are wells as close as I could find to you.

I have a small mineral interest in Sec 20 Township 21N Range 1W in Noble County. I received an offer from Sullivan Land Resources to lease for $350 per acre, 3 year term, 3/16 royalty, 3 year option to extend. How does this compare with other lease offers in this general area of Noble County? I have heard that in some other counties leases have been going for three times that much.

Noble: SandRidge Exploration & Production LLC; FTB 2402 No. 2-13H Well; NE1/4 NW1/4 NE1/4 NE1/4 (SL) of 13-24N-02W; 76 barrels oil per day, 310,000 cu-ft gas per day; TD 9,075.

John, the three year option to extend is out of the question. There are several poolings pending around you in 21N-1W and also in 21N-2W not far from you. I would be in no hurry to lease. Here are completion reports for the first two horizontal wells in 21N-1W.

Devon has permits for three more horizontal wells in 21N-2W and one in 21N-1W. Also the terms of your lease are very important.
