They sent me direct deposit form, W9 and say they have the deed. This is a WI. I get invoices every month but no revenue yet going back to March 1 2025. Never get and calls from them, have been sending emails for the entire time. The wells are producing and are in Pittsburg County.

There are three low producing gas wells called Christine. Depending upon how many net acres you have, you may not have reached your minimum pay out if it is $100. Contact their Division Order department and demand payment and interest. Use certified mail return receipt so that you have a paper trail. You do not have to sign a Division Order in order to get paid. You can use a “letter in lieu”, but you do need the DO to check the decimals to make sure they are right. You can search for a template for the letter using the magnifying glass at the upper right. Trinity is still listed as the operator.
I have been dealing with this since April 2025 when I purchased the minerals. The last monthly revenue the other company was receiving was around $50/mth. They never answer their phone when I call. I sent a certified letter with a returned receipt last week asking for a division order. Next week I will send another for payment and interest and tell them to release funds at $25/mth. If they never respond, then I will turn it over to my attorney.
Sounds like a good plan.
I recieved a ACH today for over $400…the only problem is they started in April 2025 not the effective date March 2025…still no DO sent….I will be sending another letter on Friday demanding interest and March payment and getting paid $25 a month or more.

You can try contacting them again, but the date is not surprising if the effective date in March missed their regular check date. Oil pays a month late and gas usually two months late from actual sales.

Received the DO yesterday…everything in order…sent the certified letter today asking for March 2025 payment and $25/mth minimum payment.
