T38R66W 6th PM. The offer was $50 per NMA with a 5-year and a 3-year option 15%. I have never gone this low before and am not inclined to do so. Last time I leased this land I got $270 per NMA on a 4-year with a 2-year 18.75%. Anyone know what the going average is up there right now in 2019 as I would like to give a fair counter offer back. Also, the price per barrel has also been going up; that is good to see. $53 now. I would love to see it get back up to $99 like in 2011.
