Newfield, now Encana (selling 140,000 nma in OK to undisclosed buyer) has been paying royalties on net proceeds even though the lease called for gross proceeds in North Dakota. This involved selling gas to OneOK. I am curious if anyone has heard of a potential class action suit in OK?
