Are you sure they have been selling the oil? If so, you can ask for a 12% interest after 6 months, unless your title isn't clear and than it's a lot less, not sure what %, but I think it's about 6%. I would email them and ask for details and for interest. That usually get them moving faster. One more thing, if your check aren't $100 or more, than they don't have to pay till it reaches $100. Check your lease on this. Good luck.
