A title opinion would shed some light on the interest you hold. Sometimes it is difficult to know who the other holders are because estates frequently are not settled. You really don’t need to know who the other owners are as you are leasing only your interest.
You should have the lease evaluated by an attorney to ensure that your rights are being protected.
