My family received an offer from Deltacore for $175/NMA and 3/16 royalty provision. Located Sec 10 5N 1E. Anyone know about this company or what has been going on in this area?
Heller Oil, Charter Oak and Deltacore have all been leasing in that section over the last year. I have heard new money is coming into the area. That offer is in the ball park. Make sure you get a NO POST PRODUCTION charges lease, no enhanced value, no nothing.
alright. Thank you for the info. I actually received a similar offer from Heller 3 or 4 years ago so I was wondering if maybe Deltacore bought them out (which seems like a good thing for me financially).
