New Permits in Howard County

How do I find out about new permits? Apparently, there are some new permits for Abasin. I do not know how to find out about them.

Select county at the top (Howard)

Go down to the bottom and select a date range. Hit Submit. Should give you a list.

I have no idea what “Abasin” is, it’s a ski resort to me, but I didn’t try to figure it out.
