New owner....how can I look up if lease in place for my rights?

can someone send me the link to look up lease info?

thanks much

Sally Scott

Hello Sally,

At the County Courthouse is the most likely answer. However the locations and availability of information will vary greatly by the State, and even the counties within that state, of where the mineral rights are located.

Post the State and County in which you own rights and Iā€™m sure someone will be able to give you more information.

Here is a link to Texasfile.com where you can search for a lease on your land. Once you get a volume and page, you can either go to the courthouse or contact the Clerk to request a copy.

Is there an online location to look up leases in mcclain county, ok?

Thanks!

Wow, that is powerful! Is there such an ability to do that for Lea and Chaves county New Mexico as well?
