It appears this is a highly desirable production area. I just agreed to a paid up lease offer for 5 years with Crescent energy.Landman contacted me. That was june, just got my bonus check of 100 dollars. IM A 1/6TH OWNER at 0.003346 nmi. I’m new at this . So when will I get my division orders and owner id? I contacted crescent and was told they are building my file and don’t have it yet. How does this work? Might I have past royalties coming to me? I have questions about the wells and some wellbores that were excluded. How lucrative can these be? Thanks
