i have an offer on a 1 yr lease under a 74.5 acre tract of land situated in the w.w. ray survey.a-728. petroex, llc. wants to renew a previous lease that has expired. they are offering $50.00 per net mineral acre ($100.00 minimum) with l/4 royalty. my interest is 0.5173578. any thoughts on this offer will be much appreciated.
