My name is Jim and I am a fairly new owner of mineral rights along with my sister. My mineral rights leases are located in SHELBY County TX and currently being maintained by the XTO Corporation headquarted in Ft Worth TX. Being new, I will probably have a lot of questions for those who have had a great deal of experience in being a mineral rights owner My 1st question would be has anyone else had dealinsg with XTO and are they reliable? Being that I curre ntly reside in NV and my sister in OK how will we know if the readings and amounts are correct that the Company sends us?
