Hey Liz,

Long time no talk.

Hey, we never followed through on the research but now are again looking into the perpetual rights we have in Nueces County, Flour Bluff. Would you suggest getting a landman to help us? The deeds are really old, 1930s, so the numbers are not searchable on the Railroad Commission site.
