New Member***Am presently negotiating a new lease with 25 percent free royalty (no deductions) for oil and gas and 10 percent mineral and 1.00 per long ton sulphur. $3400 per mineral acre up front 3 year lease bonus. only .53 acres but the last unleased land in the section. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
