As a matter of interest did you get a no deduction clause for market enhancement, aka post production costs?
Sounds great! Did you negotiate the leases by yourself or with help from an attorney? If an attorney, who did you use? I'm trying to finalize a lease in Tyler County and would appreciate any information you may have. Of course I'm also interested in how you handled post-production costs. Thanks!
