Anybody been approached by Iron Head Resources to lease for Gas and Oil? I have been. The price per acre seems too low although it is a no cost lease at 15%. Is the Utica coming back into play in this area? I have heard Encino is coming west towards I 77. I am just putting my feelers out before I sign and we have another boom come through. I was in with the Ohio Valley Land owners in 2010. .
