I have a very small amount of acreage in Richard Everett Survey, A-7 that a company is wanting to lease. What is the going rate now per acre and royalty interest?
Also, I've heard horror stories of mineral/royalty holders being charged all kinds of fees, especially for clean-up. Any advise on what language to look for to avoid this?
