Recently signed a lease with Rio Oil & Gas for $8,500 an acre on 5 acres. Located in Section 34, Block 50, Township 7S, T&P Railway Company survey. My part is .00625 of 25% of the mineral interests and surface rights, and was curious to know if this is a fair amount and if anyone is familiar with this area?
