We own minerals in Section 7, 28, 31, and 34, about 800 acres altogether. Have received multiple offers, currently at $650 bonus and 1/5th on 3-year lease. I know that Section 7 should probably bring $1,000-1,200 bonus. Just wondering if anyone is seeing 1/4 royalty?
