My siblings and I own mineral rights in SW quarter Sect. 27, Twp 9, North, Range 8 West, Grady County. We signed leases with Jack Fork three years ago and they expire August 2014. Is there any activity there or nearby and what is the going rate for lease payments and bonuses? Thanks so much.
I have some minerals in 9N and 10N not too far ftom you. Continental is leasing in this general area in the range of $800 to $1100 bonus with 3/16 and 3 years.
