New and would appreciate information

My wife's family homesteaded and farmed in San Miguel County. We have both surface and mineral rights to one piece of property and just mineral rights to another. We would like to sell the mineral rights to the one property we do not own surface rights on (or lease). On the property where we have surface rights we would like to lease. All have been under lease in previous years. Any information on how to find out who is leasing or buying would be appreciated.
