Has anyone had offers or sold their mineral rights this year. I have an offer, however I know probably the first offer is less than it’s worth. Just curious if anyone here has the worth amount per acre. Thanks! Mine are located in Harrison County on Farm to Market Rd.
Cathy: I own in Harrison County in several areas, some producing, some not. I get offers about every month for the properties that are going to have new wells drilled in existing units. I’ve had offers from Fifteen Hundred per acre to Six Thousand per acre. As always, offers depend on location, location, location as not all minerals are created equal. Good Luck
