have gotten several elderly neighbors who own large tracts to sign on.
1. Is $400 per acre and 1/4th royality- a fair offer with no rentals
2. Does anyone know antthing about shut in clauses.
3. What's the best way to prevent the Oil Co. from making all the money and I get chump change- every once in a while; because If production is good long term then I want to be well compensated.
