I am asking for a very good oil and gas lease attorney who can review a lease for me to determine rights.
I have never heard an oil & gas attorney advertise as being “just an average attorney”.

First, I would call Scott Heller, an excellent landman in the area to assess your interests based on courthouse records and your lease. Then, I’d use Brent Bahner in Ardmore for oil and gas. They are a nice team to have in your hip pocket.
