Need info on JB Exploration I, LLC

We just received a contract for the lease of our mineral rights in Green district, Wetzel county WV from a company called JB Exploration I, LLC. I can find nothing on the internet about this company except the address and their name change from Jay Bee... Does anyone know of this company? Had any dealings with them? I would appreciate any info good or bad about this company.

Lisa, I just now came across this post. There is a Jay Bee Companies web site. They have been around since the early 80s. They keep showing up around Ritchie, Doddridge, Harrison, Wood counties. Their address a couple years ago was Rt. 1, Box 5, Cairo, WV 26337 Phone 304-628-3111. Don't know if this is who you are looking for, but think it probably is.
