can anyone give me any help. I have been getting calls with offers to purchase my mineral rights. The only info I have is that my parcel is located in Converse County at Sorry for the late response. The tracts are:
NE, SW, and NW of Section 27-36N-71W NW of Section 20-36N-71W
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum! You may get better responses if you post that question in the State and County where the rights are. This is the general topic for the whole country, so your local folks with knowledge may not be watching it. Use the New Topic button on the Home page and then scroll down the categories until you find the correct state and county.
Just in general, any time I get offers to buy, usually that party knows something that I don’t know and is pretty sure they will make money off of me, so good for you for trying to find out what is going on. Most of my offers have been lowball.
