Need help understanding where they have drilled

Are lease is 31-10n -7w how close is this to the 31 that they just capped??? I don't know that much about drilling can some one clue me in.Vonda Jessup

What "31" did they plug? There should be more info Well name, API number, or the legal description that looks like 31-10N-7W. I'm assuming Oklahoma on this.

remember I don't know what I am doing I saw there were pictures of 31-6n7w jobe and 31-24 what ever that means .Yes Oklahoma, Grady County Vonda Jessup

The short answer, 24 miles or so.

The longer answer. The "township" portion (10N-7W) of those legal descriptions are 6 miles x 6 miles. The first number in the description is the section. Each township contains a section 31. So from 10N to 6N would be 4 townships or 24 miles.

These two links might help you.
