Need help understanding Oil production figures from the Colorado Oil and Gas Information System

I am having trouble reconciling the amount of oil produced by an oil well as shown on the Monthly Well Production Report compared to the annual production figures shown on the Production Data Inquiry. If I tally the monthly “sold” amounts for 12 months, month by month, the totals don’t equal the annual totals for the same year on the Production Data Inquiry.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated because I am stuck.
