I inherited some mineral rights in Weld, CO and have been having a hard time figuring out how many net mineral acres I own. I’ve also had some difficulty getting in contact with a lawyer to help me with leasing my mineral rights. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can help answer some general questions regarding how I can go about leasing my rights? I’ve had some companies reach out with offers to buy or lease, I just want to make sure I know a fair valuation before I move forward. Thank you!
