Current value per mineral acre of mineral acres in Noble County, OK.

I need to know the current market value per mineral acre of mineral acres in Section 34, Township 22 North, Range 2 West, Noble County, Oklahoma. I need a dollar amount the IRS will accept as accurate. Can anyone provide me with that figure or tell me how I can get it?
