Great ifo on here..
I have mineral rights on Leon County A362. I found out they pooled it on 1 small area. Im looking for attorney too help me sell partial or all of my rights. I own 20% apx 34 mineral acres, thinking of keeping 59% or half selling other 50%. I spoke to a landmark great knowledge but I think I want an attorney to help me thru this to dot my I cross my T’s. Can anyone recommend one that that trust and have used. Thanks for the help.
