Need attorney recommendation

I have inherited several parcels in Leon and Stonewall counties. Everyone prior to me is deceased.

I am in need of a recommendation for an attorney to investigate and process the paperwork to get them all in my name.

Any recommendations?

You may be able to find a landman through the AAPL public directory. CPL has the highest level of training. I do not work in Texas, so cannot recommend anyone.

Check your settings on here. You could have your messenger turned off. It done that to me when my phone updated it’s security settings.

In Texas any Oil an Gas attorney can help you. Use the directories section above in the menu as @M_Barnes suggested. Choose the Mineral services and then an attorney. I use Eric Camp out of Ft. Worth. He can recommend a landman for you to use before engaging him if needed. MK

Not sure if you have done any legwork yet or not. Do you know for sure they were left to you? Were there wills and were they probated? Are the properties still in your relatives names? Is there production, land, or both? Who has been paying taxes? How long ago did they pass? Were you the only heir?
