Just got another offer to purchase our mineral rights for Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 1 East in Garvin County. UP another $750 per acre. Anybody know what is happening in that section?

My checks for the Toreo have been coming from Casillas and do have a larger interest and those have been coming in for the past year or so. This is the first check I have received from Vitol which I now believe is from the unitization of the Purdy Spring Sand Unit A.

Continental is buying up acreage in the area. I am thinking that they are planning horizontal wells eventually.
