I have an offer of $3600 an acre to purchase my mineral deed located in Grady County from Echo Energy.
2.91 acres SE/4 of the SE/4 of 32-06N-08W. I have done some research on current wells in area operated by Chesapeake. Has anyone dealt with Echo Energy or can give feedback on the offer?
