I have an offer of $3600 an acre to purchase my mineral deed located in Grady County from Echo Energy.
2.91 acres SE/4 of the SE/4 of Section 32, Township 6N, Range 8W. I have done some research on current wells in area operated by Chesapeake. Has anyone dealt with Echo Energy or can give feedback on the offer?
